Welcome
Attitude Tattoo Studio opened 1st of march 2008 in Moss, and have moved twice since then. We are now very happy with our location at Storgata 7 in Moss, Norway.
"It has been tough running my own shop, I really learned the hard ways. But luckily I have people supporting me, and helping me getting everything done. I also give my crew different tasks and responsibilities. They need to know enough about running my tattoo shop so that I can go away and feel safe about my business. Luckily me crew is so amazing, we are a big family, caring for each other like I have never seen in another tattoo shop anywhere, and I am really proud of it."

"My mother is the one responsible for my career, because she not only gave me the idea of becoming a tattooer, she actually dragged me to Personal Art Tattoo in Ski, Norway, and lectured Birdie, the owner, that he would be sorry if he didnt give me an apprenticeship, cause he had no clue of the talent I had and bla bla bla He took a look in my portfolio and gave me the apprenticeship that very same day. I actually never developed any interest for tattoos until I was in the business already. None of my friends were interested in tattoos, and I hardly ever saw any tattoos around. I did get a tattoo when I was 19 of a mermaid I drew myself, just months before mom got me into Birdies nest the summer of 2000. But as an apprentice I started to understand my connection with it through my art, and to be able to be creative every day, to actually put a piece of art on a persons body for ever, just stunned me, and thats how I fell in love with tattoos.
I feel as I have had the perfect apprenticeship. Yes, I was whipped with a stick with flames painted on it sometimes, and some of the procedures were a bit different than they are today, but my mentor made me learn everything the hard way, with very little amount of instructions. He was often very nice though, so kind and gentle, but oh so strict. I still have the same respect for him today as I had during my stay there. I worked for him for 8 years. I am glad I stayed there that long, but of course Im even more glad to have my own studio, which has been going strong since march 2008.
As a teenager, I enjoyed drawing portraits of my friends and their family. It started as live drawing at their homes, but after a while people started sending me pictures in the mail, and I drew portraits of them and sent them back, and so I started making some pocket money of it too. So, when I did get to do my first portrait tattoo ever, everyone in the shop was telling me that its so hard, and try this and that, but I just went for it, and it felt really natural to me, like I had done it several times before. But of course, if I would see it today I would probably laugh at it. Thats one of the best things about tattooing, I feel as I constantly get better at it. Every tattoo gets better than the last one. I even try to keep my goal, for every customer that I start tattooing, that this one is going to be my greatest tattoo ever. It is a great way to expand your own creativity and techniques, which you pick up along the way. I get so inspired by other tattoo artists, not only the ones who specialise in colour realism, but in every style, because there are no limits in tattooing, only your own creativity."
